Thank you for shopping with LaBloom. Because every piece is handmade, please review our shipping and delivery information carefully before placing an order.

Order processing

Most made-to-order items require 3 to 5 business days of preparation before they ship or are ready for pickup. Custom orders may take longer; you will receive a confirmed timeline by email after your order is placed.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available in Vancouver, BC. After your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with the pickup address and available time windows.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available in select areas of Vancouver, BC for a flat fee shown at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is ready.

Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada by tracked parcel. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside of Canada. If you have a special request, please contact us at [email protected].

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. Lost or significantly delayed packages should also be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
