Returns & Refunds

Every LaBloom piece is made by hand, often to order. We want you to love what arrives. Please read our returns policy below.

Made-to-order and custom items

Because made-to-order and custom items are crafted specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

In-stock items

Unused, in-stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will replace, repair, or refund the affected items at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the issue. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them, provided production has not yet started. After production begins, we are unable to cancel made-to-order items.
