How do I place an order?

You can browse our shop and add items to your cart, or submit a custom order request for bespoke arrangements. Once you complete checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your estimated preparation timeline.

How far in advance should I order?

Most items are made to order and require 3–7 business days for preparation. For events and custom orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders may be available — please contact us to discuss.

Can I customize colours and scents?

Yes! Most products can be customized with your preferred colour theme and scent. You can select options at checkout or describe your vision in the personalization field. For complex custom requests, use our Custom Order form.

Can you recreate a design from a reference photo?

Absolutely! You can share inspiration photos through our Custom Order form or via Instagram DM. We'll do our best to match the style, though each piece is handmade so there may be slight natural variations.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is collected at checkout via credit card (Stripe). For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer local pickup in Vancouver, BC, and limited local delivery within the Greater Vancouver area. Delivery fees vary by distance. We do not currently offer national shipping, but are working on it!

How does local pickup work?

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions and available time slots. Pickup is from our studio location in Vancouver, BC.

How do I care for candle products?

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Place on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts. Never leave candles unattended. Burn for no more than 3 hours at a time. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax.

How do I care for ribbon flowers?

Keep ribbon flower arrangements out of direct sunlight to preserve colours. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash or submerge in water. Store in a cool, dry place.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Do you take corporate or event orders?

Yes! We love working with event planners, corporate clients, and wedding coordinators. Submit a Custom Order request with your event details, and we'll create a tailored quote. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.
